Busy day ahead but hopefully I'll get a little time to get caught up with everyone here! I can't believe the weather we're having - sunny and 5 degrees this afternoon - yay! After all day in council yesterday, I'm happy to have some time in the office to get caught up on all the other huge mounds of **** I have to get done. LOL When I got home yesterday Joe said, "Oh, hello ms. movie star" (council is on TV and he watched) and then he told me to stop slouching. HAHAHA Note to self: Do NOT slouch at council.
Anyway..... I'm rambling. Eats for today:
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - 1 herb and garlic laughing cow wedge, 2 small melba rounds
L - (Okay, this isn't the best lunch for early outers, but it's delish nonetheless lol) Costco sells a breakfast blend, I think it's called. Anyway, it's potatoes, peppers, onions, apple smoked bacon, etc. in the frozen section. I swear to gawd, it does NOT taste frozen, it tastes homemade. So I fried that up in a tiny bit of olive oil and when it was done, I cracked an egg on top and put a lid over the pan. A small sprinkle of old chedder and voila! So umm... that's what I'm having for lunch. About 2/3 of a cup of it.
S - if there's any lunch leftover, I'll have that.
D - BBQ chicken breast, spinach salad, a little poppyseed dressing

I'm just working, and at lunch will play a little "Winter Volleyball". Less rules, as we play in the snow. Tonight have a meeting, don't have a good excuse to skip it, so I guess I'll go.
B - pb wrap
s - cheese string, raisons
L - chili?
S - blue berries
D - see what I can dig up at home. May have to stop on the way and get a roasted chicken or something.

I'm horribly sick. I've missed classes all week. Managed to drag my ass to work yesterday morning and hit the clinic in the afternoon. Ends up I have a very nasty sinus infection (and what today feels like the beginnings of bronchitis). So today I am going to try to discipline myself to work on a paper that's due next week, have a long cuddle with the cat, and maybe even nap on the couch. Definitely not going to tonight's 6-9 class!
The food plan for today is:
B - 1/2 slice seedy ww toast w/ butter, greek yogurt
S - probably just lots of herbal tea and milky decaf
L - 1/2 tin of tuna, 1 Ry-Vita, pickle, maybe a few strawberries
S - protein shake
D - either fish or chicken, salad w/ LF dressing
S - probably nothing

S- 1/3 cup protein shake
L - 1/4 cup pureed boiled egg with 1 teaspoon fat free mayo
S - 1/3 cup protein shake
D - 1/4 cup of broccoli cheddar soup, 1/3 cup protein shake
Lord let my stomach agree!!! Please!!!

S - low-carb crackers & hummus
L - 2 oz chicken breast, 1/2 c. cottage cheese
S - greek yogurt/blueberries
D - pork tenderloin & veggies
