Poppin' the Costco Cherry on Saturday

That's right.
I'm going to go to and get a Costco membership on Saturday. It's about an hour drive to the closest one. I have never been inside a Costco, so it should be fun. Taking my stylish '99 wagon to fill up on the fabulous deals from the golden city.
I am pre-op (which would be taken in a very different fashion if this was a different site )

Not sure how much of this list I can get there, but any additions, cautions, must-have's to add?

I have a lot of things already stocked up at home for opti, full fluid, puree phase at home.

Do you have to go to Kingston for Costco??  I still do not have a membership myself, however I have friends that do so I go with someone else if I want to buy something.

With respect to the Benefibre, I bought the capsules and used them for Optifast.  Haven't needed any post-op so I gave the remaining capsules to someone else that needed them.  I had a really bad case of Optitrots and the benefibre capsules (taking 5 capsules with EACH Optifast) helped, along with being taken off some medication.

Have fun going around the Costco.  It may be a mad house on a Saturday.

Kingston is my closest Cosco. Thanks for the warning about it being busy. We're going to meet up with my brother from Ottawa there and make a day of Kingston.

They don't sell wholesale Crystal Light but Walmart version of Crystal Light is SOOO YUM and Cheap!

 And I highly recommend the Dollarama Hawiaan Punch singles which are sugar free as well, those are yummy also!

 the best proteine drinks any where are the premier shakes 30 g chocolate only tho sry, i pick up at least 4 case's a month, colace you can have ur GP scribe for you.

My suggestion to you is don't buy too much protein powder pre op as your tastes may change. The Priemeire premix at Costco is pretty good. If you have a drug plan get the colace on sript then it is covered.
I did not need the benefiber while on opti and you cant take it post until your fluid intake is up so dont buy a big container of it.
Jello the premade also has expiry dates .
