Good morning everyone

Off to work for me today.

B- toasted tomato and cheese sandwich
L- left over pork roast and 3 tiny potatoes
D- not too sure yet, maybe chicken and salad
snacks- 2x LC chz w/ crackers, trail mix, 2 tiny pieces of homemade pizza, hi-protein pudding

all vitamins and water and other liquids in

Qualifying for a tournament this morning so hopefully my swing stays put....bought a great little soft cooler yesterday to fit in my bag for snacks

B - protein shake

s - ham and cheese roll ups
     string cheese
     apple slices with grapes

l - tuna salad with tomatoes

s - triscuits and l/f cheese

d - not sure but will be healthy

s - popsicle

All water - tons of decaf - all vits

Home today - waiting for my new furniture to be delivered & then gotta clean the old stuff because someones taking it for their home.

Thank goodness it's a long weekend!!

Experimenting with more meat for snacks - we'll see if that helps with my hunger between meals.

On the menu today:

B: Protein Shake
L & D: BBQ Chicken or Pork - 3oz
S: Canned Chicken Chunks - I'll make it into a salad with some diced tomatoes & cucumbers. And if I want something sweet later on I'll have 1/2 Quest Bar

Hi everyone.  I haven't been here in a few days.  I've been really sick and ended up at emerg a couple of times with severe abdominal pain, but that's another story.  I haven't been able to eat much lately but today am intending to do my best to get some calories and protein in.  I'm sticking with shakes and soft food for now.

B - Greek yogurt, LS preserves
S - decaf tea w/ milk x 2
L - soft boiled eggs
S - cheese, maybe a bit more Greek yogurt
D - going out for vegetarian food; will probably have dahl, quiche etc.
S - protein shake

Thanks, Sandy.  I've been thinking lately of a quote that I love: "That which doesn't kill us, makes us stronger."  I really believe this.  And I'm sure that things will get easier soon!

Good Morning everyone!! Off to a craft class today, very excited.


BB- Decaf coffee x2 with 2% milk

B- Costco protein shake

L- 1/4 Subway sub with salad (I'll be at my class)

D- Probably chili as my hubby is making curry chicken wings  Love chicken wings but to fatty)

Have my vitamins in tow...

Happy Saturday Folks!  We always have busy Saturdays between ballet classes and hockey games!

B - 1 egg scrambled with small amount melted cheddar.
S - Protein Shake
L - Pureed Tuna Salad
S - Protein Shake
D - Probably more Tuna Salad

I came into work today too! I'll be trolling these boards much more today with no managers or Team Leaders around. heh.

B: 1/2cup Greek Yogurt, 1/4cup blueberries, 3tbsp of bran buds
s: decaf coffee with 2tbsp sugar free caramel liquid or whatever it is.
L: 1/4 cup unsalted nut mix with no sugar or sodium, 1/4 cup cottage cheese with orange slices, 2 prunes and  3 triscuits.
s: 3 triscuits and 2tbsp hummus
d: 2oz flank steak, 1/4cup green beans, 3 french fries.

I might try a little piece of sugar free reece's for dessert, but I am afraid of stepping on a slippery slope!
