I'm back
Hello My Fellow WLSers
I have been through hell in the past 6 months or so BUT I think I'm back on track.
I don't want to go into all the details, but while I didn't gain any weight back, in fact continue to lose, I have most definitely not been careful about my eating.
Depression was the worst part of it but, thankfully I have a hold of it and feel better and happier than I have in a very long time. That old habit of eating "junk" when you get upset or down and other things crop up, is a hard habit to lose. I know that every time I ate that "junk" I felt rotten but I still had to have that "junk" if only to apease me temporarily. I believe I now am getting back on track and eating much better, thus feeling better.
I missed all of you and your posts, I just didn't feel like reading anything on here. I also say welcome and congrats to those newbies on here. I look forward to reading all about you. I'm not sure how far back I will go but I do intend to read some of the back posts, if only to refresh, reaquainted and introduce myself to everyone. I missed Tracy from South Porq ;) and Karen M from Mississauga (city hall) and I know there are others but along with every thing else my memory is fuzzy.
If anyone knows of or has something specific they think I need to read please email [email protected] heck email me anytime, I'm lonely and I love 'personal' email.
I realize it's still February, but with the last couple of nice, sunny, mild days, I can see Spring is definitely coming and I look forward to getting out there walking.
Hope everyone is doing well, look forward to hearing you all real soon.
Hugs Elaine (Laineyangel)
