I mixed another one of these "protein shots" with water as Tracy and Birdiegirl suggested. Not as sickly sweet but definitely prolonging the agaony.
They are under 90 ml, approximately 3 TBSP so I think I am going to knock them back in 3-4 swallows and chase with water. I can only take 6 OZ at a time as my sleeve is so small

I am not sure about the shots as I havent used them before. sorry
I just wanted to wish you good luck with your surgery. I am sure everything will go well for you. Thanks for all your help with my bloodwork. Let us know how you are after surgery, take care, saying a special prayer for you.
