Pre-op NSV

So on Tuesday I had my pre-op appt. at TEGH... The nurse was doing all the usual stuff and when she got to blood pressure, she said, "oh, I better get the large cuff". No surprise to me. Then she went to take my blood pressure and said, "you're arms aren't very big at all!" LOL I wanted to hug her. I said to my husband...yahoo! Oh my gosh that's so great...maybe, just maybe I won't have a tone of loose skin on my arms post-op! Now I know it's not much of a NSV but it made me happy!

I had a Pre Op NSV as well - I passing through the largest town close to home after a 3 hour drive. It was lunch time and I decided to go to KFC for a Big Crunch Sandwich.

As I neared the store, I realized I was only a 1/2 hr from home and I could go home and have some cottage cheese and a turkey sausage.

I drove right on by and felt soooooo good about it all the way home!

question what does NSV stand for?? lol I know what it means I just dont know what it stands for. lol
