What are you eating/ doing today? (Monday)
I'm spending the day at Humber. My dad fell yesterday helping a friend carry luggage. He shattered his wrist. Waiting for a surgeon to come & give us some options. He doesn't want surgery so I'll have to ask how probable it is to set it with a cast. I'm not sure it'll heal properly of be as strong as it should be.
So...menu is up in the air. I brought a protein shake & Greek yogurt with me for the morning.

Leanne, I'm so sorry to hear you are having problems! Hopefully everything will work out for the best!
Simone, sorry to hear about your Dad's wrist! I shattered mine a few years ago and was fine with just a cast. I hope this doesn't curtail his dancing!

3.5 hour hike yesterday through lots of mud and up and down ravine walls - my hips joints and thighs are definitely feelin' it today!
B - bowl of cereal, 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - Greek joghurt a bran buds and fresh blackberries
L - 100 g ham, 21 g cheddar
S - 1 pear, mint tea
D - moussaka (homemade)
Multivitamins, D3 and calcium all in. Good girl today.

Good morning everyone 
Getting excited to go skiing this week for march break. My kids are already there with my brother and his family. My husband, MIL and myself are heading to Tremblant tomorrow night after work! Can't wait to ski seeing I was 95 lbs heavier last year since i skied.
trying to get more protein in this week and less grains(simple carbs) and sugar!!!
B- 3/4c greek yoguart and 1/4 blue berries and 1/2 banana
s- 1/2 protein bar
L- 3 os of chicken breast and ceasar salad (1 cup)
S- 1/2 protein bar
D- soft taco and salad
All liquids and vitamins

-Black beans with fajita-style peppers & onions with salsa and FF sour cream & then some Dr Oetker's NSA mouse with NSA strawberry jam
-protein shake after I kicked Aquafit's ass.
-95% ff turkey chili with a little shredded chedder
-the toppings off one slice of hubby's homemade pizza (cheese & pepperoni)
still to come:
-spaghetti squash and (turkey) meat sauce
-jello caramel mouse cup
