Back to work tomorrow...any advice?
Hey Toni! I went back to work today too - taking 1/2 days for this week to see how I feel but today went pretty well. I do have to make extra effort to drink more water at work and I drank my protein shake too quickly this morning while getting ready for work. It's funny how the old "hurry" habits die hard when it comes to workdays. :o) I'm just trying to listen to my body and understand what it needs. Need to slow down - the work gets done eventually. :o) Hope you had a great day!
