Bathing Suit NSV

I mentioned the other day  how i was frustrated trying to find a bathing suit.  In order to fit the top part of me, I would get a bigger size, but the bottoms would be baggy at the legs...Someone suggested i check out a tankini, so i did that tonight.

And, I was very successful!  I tried on a really nice one at a bra specialty store, it was on sale at 50% off, the bottoms were a little small at the waist, but the top was perfect.  I decided to look at some other  stores and went to Additional Elle.  Sure enough, i found a really cute one for a really good price.

This time last year, I bought a size 24W  skirt swim suit type at AE, and now this year the top is an 1X and the bottoms are an X.  And i actually think it looks really good on me.

Congrats-making the best out of the most difficult shopping.  There is nothing more difficult than bathing suit shopping.  How wonderful to have gone from the top end of size to the bottom.  Next year you will have to go to one of the bathing suit stores meant for the normals!!

That has to be the hardest thing to shop for and feel good in. So happy you found one you like, woo hoo.

 Great NSV.  I unfortunately don't expect to be so lucky.  The worst of my excess skin is on my thighs.  I don't think they make a swimsuit that will make all those wrinkles disappear. Oh well I keep telling myself I can live with my wrinkled elephant skin thighs, because I certainly didn't hide the rolls of fat, when I was wearing a size 26 either. lol

Glad to hear that you like your new suit and will feel confident wearing it! Confidence in itself is sexy so you should definitely be rocking it!
