Costco suggestions?

maybe you can find a costco pal in your bumfuk town, share the membership and go together!

The only person I know in this town is my DH's boss and his wife. LOL  We are hoping to move in the next year to where I actually know people and will be that much closer to a Costco but still over 2 hours away.

That is exactly how I cook mine too!  I love it this way, its almost like zuccinni (sp) but not quite!  Unfortunately, I'm craving it and I am on Opti right now!!  Oh well, in a few weeks I can have it again!!!!

I buy my liquid calcium citrate there (its on sale now!)

I also buy canned chicken, greek yogurt, eggs (egg whites), ground turkey.

I'll put liquid calcium citrate on the list, as well as that squash (love squash of all kinds!).

I'd heard before that Costco has good meat, so that should go on the list too.

What about things like small appliances?  Our dehumidifier just died, so we're looking into getting a new one.  Also, my daughter is recently getting into new types of food preparation such as vegan, gluten-free and raw food, so she's looking for a food dehydrator.  Would Costco be the kind of place to find that sort of thing?

I bought my dehumidifier there last year and it is still working wonderfully.  I have purchased an air conditioner there too.  Not sure about a dehydrator, but they also carry small appliances on line also.  If anything is recalled they usually will contact you directly.  I love Costco!

I have to renew my membership. I'll do that when I'm off next month. I LOVE Costco. SO worth the membership costs.

I buy: meat (ground turkey), cheese, protein shakes, yogurt, ice cream (for the kids in the summer), Taralle (Italian bread twists for my dad), bottled water...the list goes on.

Forgot to add: laundry supplies are an excellent price! I bought detergent & fabric softener & it lasted me 5 months!!

Yes the meats are excellent. Prenatal vitamins are really cheap there. I like turkey pepperettes, light babybel cheese, quinoa, Nonnis croutons (I like them too much), edamame, Detour protein bars, whey protein powder shake, many people love the premier shakes. They also carry nice yoga pants most of the time.  

I love costco.

All of the above plus kirkland bacon (precooked so You only need to microwave 20 seconds, no smell, no grease and tastes great). It has to be at least the size of 4 regular lbs of bacon and it costs $12.99. I also buy my Feramax 150 there (Iron 30 pills for $15.79). The 3 bean salad is fabulous and and their rotiserie chicken is a great deal at $7.49 for a huge cooked juicy  hot chicken. I buy the fresh bagels for my son. I have to stay away from their bake goods (too tempting for me). All the fresh goods are great and bigger than I would normally buy but good deals. Water and toilet paper and paper towels usually on sale.I buy batteries, frying pans,sliced turkey and sliced ham are both good deals. I used to resent the membership fee but now I go more often and know that I am getting my values worth.
