Yep at first it is a trial to get enough into you. The most important thing is to have the required minimum amount of liquid. I remember that stage and my son had made some roasted red pepper soup - blended and it was heavenly. It was also good in masking the taste of the unflavoured whey protein isolate powder.
Enjoy your soup - crunchy stuff can`t be too far away for you :)
