Strained soup!

 So I'm forcing myself to try to eat. I have had a little more then 1/4 cup strained mushroom soup. It was good but I REALLY want cucumber. Lol I think I'm missing the crunch factor. But it will come. I'm determined to try and get more into me. Thanks for listening.

Yep at first it is a trial to get enough into you.  The most important thing is to have the required minimum amount of liquid.  I remember that stage and my son had made some roasted red pepper soup - blended and it was heavenly.  It was also good in masking the taste of the unflavoured whey protein isolate powder.

Enjoy your soup - crunchy stuff can`t be too far away for you :)

Glad you're still going at it and not giving up. At that stage I wanted salads. Now I don't crave them but like you, I think I really wanted the crunch. I was allowed Melba Toast & had 2 a day. That really helped.

I'm glad you are getting food into you. I started Optifast yesterday and am doing well with it. I had my PATTS today and am so tired now. Zzzz
