5 Day Pouch Test (DPT)
Hey Everyone,
I've been having a bunch of sweet cravings latey, and need to get back on track. After reading the thread on Plateaus-From Kaye Bailey's newsletter, I'm thinking of doing the 5 DPT next week, help me get going on the right path again. Is anyone else interested in joining me on this (M - F)?
I'm asking as I'm not sure I can do this alone, even though I'd have every one's support, and would like a partner or two (or a group) to work with. Sometimes it's the accountability that helps me do this stuff.
