exercise is usually good for TOM cramping. of course you should try the old standby, a nice ho****er bottle or heating pad, or a warm bath.

There is a miracle pill called "anaprox" - like manna from heaven for cramps. Ask your doctor about it. Is a very small pill and you usually only need 1 or 2 at the beginning of the cramps, it seems to keep them away.

BTW, not too excited to hear that PMS gets worse, I already want to kill people.....

anaprox is a NSAID so do not take that!!

For the chocolate craving...Use Chapman's no sugar added dutch chocolate ice cream. All you'll need is one spoon full and does the trick, at least for me it does.
