protein supplements - powders/bars- when to stop?
Bought it from a local health food store here in Thunder bay. the Brand name is Natural Factors.
It is a big white bottle that says WHEY FACTORS on it. It has 18g of protein per scoop. When I mix it with my yogurt I don't taste it. The best way is to pre mix it then let it sit a bit to completely dissolve and you won't get a real powdery taste. the source yogurt has enough flavour though to hide the slight powdery taste if you eat it right a way.

I am 3 years post-op and still use a protein bar almost every day for my morning coffee break..I do also use protein in my morning coffee and on occasion if the family is having something for supper that I can't eat..I will still do the odd shake.
I don't think there is such a thing as TOO MUCH protein (when it comes to daily total) just too mu*****1 sitting)...because some just gets expelled, becaus ethe body cab't metabolize more than 26-30/grams at one time

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
