Day 4 - 5DPT
Well, I made it through Day 3. Wasn't really hungry for eggs or canned meat last night, so I cheated a little, just had some greek yogurt and one almond. That is all I wanted or felt like last night. Now on to firm protein. So today I'll be eating mini-meatloaves (meatloaves made in muffin tins).

Morning all :)
I am so freakin' mad at myself. I forgot all of my food, including my protein shake, at HOME! GAH!!! I've been so good on the 5DPT, now I'll have to dig up some appropriate food for breakfast and lunch, damnit. I even went out last night and bought the mini shrimp tray (12 pieces) and have been craving it since I brought it home. Now it'll have to wait 'til dinner :(
*gasp* I can't even have it for dinner, I have cawfee night tonight! EEEEEK!
Plan, Day 4:
B - coffee with milk x 2, egg bite that I had leftover in the work fridge, 1 wedge LC cheese
S - 1 wedge LC cheese, mushroom soup I found in my desk drawer lol
L - heading over to Rabba Foods across the street. I'm 99% sure I saw Premier Protein shakes in their fridge there.
S - coffee with milk, likely nothing else since I will have run out of food. lol
D - out at cawfee night, so I'll have a Tim's chili since I can have ground meat
S - a few shrimp! I'm at least going to have a couple of those suckers!!!
Off to meet with the Deputy Clerk (my new manager) in a few minutes, as she just started on Monday. Looking forward to it :)

I get them at M&M Meats! They are *perfect* for me. They have 12 shrimp and ****tail sauce. It costs $5.99. It's 2 meals or snacks, and I love it!

P.S. There's an M&M's just west of the Tim's we meet at for coffee, on Lakeshore at Inverhouse, right by the overhead bridge!

Did really good last night and carefully stuck to the plan. What's stuck on me today is the egg I had for breakfast. Somehow, I just can't tolerate them anymore. Feeling kind of yucky right now. Premier shake for lunch if this feeling doesn't go away and some left over fish frm last night tonight. Yah, one more day. All in all it's been pretty easy!
