Protien, please help!
So, I am not doing well with the protien shakes!! I cant keep them down, far too thick!!! A roomie of mine from the hospital said she got protien shakes that taste like juice but she lives quite far away. It's called Nectar by Syntrax. Does anyone near newmarket know where I can find this without ordering online? Or any other protien shakes that are not thick, creamy and yuck???
thanks for reading!! Plz help!

Popeye's suppliments carries something called 4everfit Fruit Blast. It's the same idea as nectar, just add water, and make it like a juice.
The Nutrition House also sells it.
I've tried Dyna Whey in Strawberry/Kiwi, it's not clear like juice, but if you make it with water it dosent taste horrible like a lot of powders. I get mine at Fortinos.

I get Strive Pro Isl ultra from GNC its much lighter more like juice its not thick like most protein shakes. its 45grams of protein so you only need two shakes or one and a half a day to get your protein intake, 196 cals, 0.2grams fat and 1gram sugar. comes in good flavors but I get strawberry banana swirl

I had the same problem. My solution was unflavoured protein powder mixed with 1c. skim milk , to which I then added a cup of decaf coffee. Not thick at all, gave me 1/2 litre minimum of liquid, and 36 g of protein. I still have this for breakfast.

I drink the premier protein shakes (and only when I need to) from costco, they have 30g protein in them.
I really try to get all my protein from foods- chicken, steak, extra lean burger, deli meats, bacon and other pork as long as it's cooked right; cheeses (any kind), eggs, cottage cheese and yoguarts (I prefer greek yoguart because it has the most protein in it and I add fruits and/or splenda or granola). I also have protein bars at times, sometimes I make my own. When I bake, I throw in protein powder.
Hope this helps
