What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

Morning all :)

Big event today hosted by my Accessibility Advisory Committee, so I'll be out of the office for most of the day - yay and boo - got lots to do. LOL  Should be an excellent event as we have 2 excellent speakers, an award ceremony, disability community booths and displays and yes, food. lol

Anyway... enjoying the quiet while it lasts and I have to start running.

B - coffee with 2 oz milk x several over the day, protein shake
S - a bite or two of leftover roast beef with a small scoop garlic mashed
L - no idea!  We'll be setting everything up, so hopefully someone thinks to feed us. LOL
S - uhhhh.....
D - leftover roast beef with gravy, garlic mashed, asparagus

Have a wondeful day everyone!  And as an aside, in case you weren't aware, this is National Access Awareness Week - get involved! :)

B - coffee, egg + egg white
S - apple w light cheese
L - tuna and low fat mayo with crackers
S - banana and PB
D - pot luck for my choir tonight.... sigh.
S - nothing.

trying desperately to stay on track today. will go for a run at lunch, brought my stuff in with me.

Back to coffee today, still got heartburn yesterday even without drinking it so I guess it's not the culprit.

B - 3 black coffee then 1/2 cup cereal with 1/2 cup milk

L - green salad with basil vinaigrette, bowl of asian turkey soup

S - apple and 1 oz jarlsberg

D - 3 oz sweet and sour pork with pineapple, 4 asparagus spears

S - a greek yogurt bar if anything

No kidding.  I can give up a lot of things in life but coffee is right up there with sex for me.  I don't care if it's decaf or regular, I just love the taste of coffee.

I would miss coffee terribly if I couldn't have it anymore.  I may even slip into a depression. lol

Sex - well, it seems that Joe has "come around" so to speak, now that my menopause meds are working.  YAY!!!

L- chili

S- cheese & 1/2 apple

D- small chicken breast w broccoli

S- BM yogurt bar (maybe)
