Now that I'm pretty much eating food I thought I'd join in to make myself a little more accountable (plus when I go back to work I'm going to need to be thinking ahead)

B - protein shake
L - quiche and cottage cheese
D - protein shake (my son has swimming lessons and gets to go to subway for dinner afterwards and I can't eat anything there yet)
S - hmmmm maybe an avocado....

Katie is the drinking any better today? Subway has soup doesn't it? Or what about some egg they use in their breakfast sandwich

Not really. Still so thirsty although today I have had 4 glasses already and will have another with my protein shake.

That's a good idea about their breakfast stuff although I don't know if they still serve it during the day.
