Hi all...i just wanted to take a moment to tell you about a huge accomplishment my husband (derek callahan) completed today.  This weekend is the cycle for autism here in North Bay and we are going to be out of town so he decided to do his cycle early and spent two hours straight on the spin bike to raise money for autism.  This is a cause close to our heart as my daughter has autism.  I am so proud of derek as ten months ago he was 320 pounds and would not only have been physically incapable of completing even an hour on a spin bike but was actually over the allowable weight for the spin bike.  I just wanted to share with everyone what an inspiration derek is to me and how much i love him for taking such good care of my daughter!!

Derek says ty to all for your kind words - aside from a very sore butt and legs that are still full of lactit acid im doing ok - now it wasnt two hours of spin classes it was 2 continuous hours of pedalling the spin bike .  Just doing my part in this crazy world we call our own
