Any tips on staying comfortable post-op?

Had a pretty good night's sleep last nigh being propped up by the pillows. I don't have a body pillow but I was pretty much using 3 separate pillows as one, plus I propped one under my back.

I know what you mean about the cats!! I have 2 that are always trying to sit on my lap or get on me if I'm sleeping so I've had to shut the bedroom door at night or shoo them away if I'm on the couch. Both of them are well over 10 lbs so I can't even lift them off me if they hop on!
