My weight since last week hasn't changed. I have been taking my measurements. And I am happy to say that I have lost inches.

I had a great weekend. I had a family birthday party, celebrating my three children's birthday. I did great.

My 1 year is Wednesday and had a personal goal of 170 for then. It is not going to happen! SO disappointed. :(

numbers and dates are arbitrary. So what if you don't get to 170 until 13 months? in the great scheme of things, this is a blip. You'll get there, just do the right things!!

dont be disapppointed at all tango u have done so well to lose so much in 13 months i know u had ur surgery after me but u are really doing great i always remember reading your posts when i was still pre op and now to hear u say you are not doing well upsets me because you are doing really great!!! keep it up and dont be so hard on yourself we are all a work in progress please dont put urself down like that xoxo

Thanks Monica, so true. Julie keeps reminding me. It goes back to the good ol" dieting days of setting weight goals and not reaching them. Such a mind trip!
I keep tryi9ng to look at my clothes and how they fit, not the scale. I hate that thing!

yeah, the scale (as always) is not our friend!

remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint. You can do this. Just concentrate on doing the right things, and the right things will happen.

 Remember muscle weighs more than fat, but is actually smaller, and you said you've been working out, and look thinner than you are (I saw your pics of your surgiversary), so it's probably muscle and congratulations on that!
