calcium citrate...

I usually get my calcium citrate at costco, when I have been in the states, I have picked it up but I'm not planning a trip for a Bit and I'm almost out.
What other citrate can I take? I have used the same citrate for almost 2yrs now.

You can also buy Citracal Calcium Citrate (I buy petites but they are still not that small).

I usually get it at Costco for a better price, since they don't seem to get the Kirkland brand of Calcium Citrate anywhere, but I think you can get them at most pharmacies.

It is also available at Shoppers - at a bit higher price.

When I looked today the Citrical at the Costco in Vaughn I was at, it looked to be calcium carbonate and not calcium citrate (I had to peel back the label to double check this). i was really disappointed. I ended up with a liquid they had that was called Wellesse that was calcium citrate. Luckily it doesn't taste too obnoxious which is a good thing considering it was a large double package.

Sometimes the best support you can get isn't all purple puddles and pink rainbows.

I think Life brand and Equality at Shoppers and WalMart both have calcium citrate. If you can't find it just ask at the Pharmacy.
