Thank you Poppy! I have a bit more I want to loose on my stomach but like I mentioned to Sam1am, I'm not set on the number, it's more how my stomach looks.

 holy canoli Katie!! i remember meeting you at Karen's cawfee meet prior to your surgery and can't believe it's been a year already! funny how when we are waiting for a surgery date.. it seemed to take forever now the time just flies just like the pounds melt away!! you look amazing!! and congrats to you!!! hope to see you some time soon! ps.. found the vanilla protein drink at sam's (in america of course!)
