I'm in Northern Quebec. I post on the Ontario board because there is no action on the Quebec boards lol.
Gotcha. What is the process in QC? Is it covered?

well...it is covered but they are way slow and the waiting period is approx 3 yrs. I will be self paying so there is only one place in Quebec where they do it privately. I hope to meet with them next month

Good Luck Karen I have quit three times, onces for several months once for a year both times I started again stupidly. On my third try I made it. I have been smoke free for 20 years and free of alcohol for 15. Now if I could just lick this food thing.......
Yeah, we all like to lick food it seems. LOL

Good for you, Karen! That'll be a great big monkey off your back, plus look at all the $$$ you'll be saving! I quit 4 & 1/2 years ago & it feels so great!!! The big trick is to keep busy so you're not thinking about a smoke all the time. Let me know if you need any tips - I can share what worked great for me. Great decision & best of luck!
