Good morning everyone!!

Getting ready for work, then after I have a house to clean.


B1- scrambled egg with a sprinkle o'cheese and 1/2c homefries
B2- 1/2c all bran cereal
S- greek yoguart
L- 60g cheese, 4 crackers
S- nothing
D- soup and crackers
S- tim horton's peanut butter cookie- I ate it over my whole shift

all water and vitamins in :)

Out the door to work out with my trainer....then work.....then the dentist for friggin root canal......then out with friends.....(hopefully I can talk...lol).......certainly a varied day....


B - Premier protein shake

S - greek yogurt...oikos cherry....yup lots of sugar  13 grams I believe.....but I love it....I think the Chobani is the better brand as it is true greek yogurt....some of the brands have creme added to thicken instead of straining the yogurt in the true greek fashion....ahh well....( Liberte is one of the additive brands)

L - chicken and sausage chili - homemade - 1 cup

S - root canal 

D - Premier protein shake.....figure that is all I will be in the mood for

S - ham and cheese roll up.....if my mouth can handle it

All water....lots of decaf coffee after the regular this morning....and tea and vits


FITDAY totals for the above menu are :  Calories - 843, Fat - 14 grams, Carbs  63 grams and protein 121 grams

NOT a typical menu....but for likely a sore mouth....it will do for today

Good morning. Three day work week for me! I took yesterday off to see the kids off to their new school. Lots of changes for all of us!!

I forgot my workout clothes :-( No exercise for me today. booo

B - 4 crackers and hummus (still missing my cheese so much...tried again yesterday....small amount of cheese = small amount of pain)
S - SF latte with a scoop of protein
L - Chicken skewers with BBQ veggies
S - unsure
D - Beef Tortellini and salad. Not too thrilled about this, but the BF is craving it. I will be eating mostly salad

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Hi there -

the fog is finally clearing out, looks like it'll be a nice day after all.

 B - bowl of Cheerios w 1/2 banana, large coffee
 S - cottage cheese (1%) w SF applesauce and muesli
 L - 2 turkey pepperettes, 4 crackers
 S - 21 g cheddar, 1 apple, large coffee
 D - Mandarin Chinese buffet (uh-oh!) with friends

Gained a pound over the weekend. Now that my bike is fixed I'll be cycling tonight after dinner.

L - 2 sl Schneider Heritage oven roasted Turkey breast + 1 sl FF Swiss cheese +
      1/2 tsp Dijon mustard + 1 Strubbs Baby Dill pickle  + 1/4 c. Edamame beans

D - 1 Costco Marinated salmon fillet + 1 Tb flaxseed + 30g steamed Spinach


TOTALS:    687 CAL;    20G CARBS;    27G FAT;    85G PROTEIN;    11G FIBER

I hope to get down for another meeting :)

I love going but sometimes work gets in the way. Hopefully soon that changes and I have my weekends for myself :D

Had a stress echo this morning. Heart about the same but lasted on the treadmill so much longer. I was very proud of myself. Then I briskly walked to work. Not a great distance but more than I would have been happy with before. Have a meeting at noon so I will walk to TWH for my exercise today.

b. plain greek yogurt a few raspberries
s. 2 melba toast with peanut butter
l. baked beans home made
s. baby bel
d. cottage cheese, raspberries
s protein shake when I get home.
