Thanks SO much to everyone who took the time to offer suggestions - it was SO appreciated! Thankfully, the dam finally burst this morning & I feel much better now. I am going to really watch what I'm eating each day & if it starts up again, I will pull out the big guns (MOM, Ex-Lax, fruit, etc.) It sure feels great to sit without discomfort again! Now I can enjoy my vacation for the next week!!!!
