Yes. What a long time ago that seemed! ow can it amost be two years?! Hopefully we'll see you soon? BTW...went ahead and signed up my kids at the gymnastics at the Hershey Centre. You were telling me about it last time I saw you. It's fantastic, and little Emily started their competative program last week. She's thrilled. I may have a little gymnast on my hands!

Welcome back Marny!! I missed your posts. It's fun letting your head get the best of you, isn't it? lol I love your positive attitude!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
