Hi Everyone
It's always great to read this thread! I'm 6 months into maintenance and managing OK - ie fluctuating 2 lbs up or down from where I want to be -142 lbs. I'm getting lots of protein (90 - 130 gms), and about 75gms of fibre in my carbs + probiotics. So no constipation - yeah!

I am stalled - no weight loss (1/2 lb) from last week to this week.
I am trying to take my own advice and not think about it, keep doing good things, watch my carbs etc.
BTW, I eBiked to work and back 5 days a week over the summer, last week, no biking, so ...
I am determinedly walking more now (bike in shop).
