Would it not have been wise to start with the smallest tube first and move your way up. I am sorry you had to go though that. They do that more often for some reason...coocoo's

I am so glad you're back home and on the mend. There is nothing worse being very I'll and not getting good care.

I'm so glad to hear the NG tube WORKED!!!!! Yeah!

Save those surgeries for when you really need it, right

. Seriously though, glad you didn't have to go through all that, and then more .....

Enjoy that KD, and give yourself time to recover. Walk, walk, walk; sip, sip sip. (Oh right - no gas, yet - hehehe.)

I have been worrying about you and hoping that the obstruction would resolve itself without surgery. I know what you have been through as I have been through it many times. It hurts soooo much and you will be frightened to eat for some time to come. . . . . .what goes in has to come out.. . . . .you hope. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Your insides will be very sore for awhile. I will be thinking of you.
