i honestly don't expect them to be ADDING procedures to those already allowed by OHIP for plastics, if anything, i suspect they'll cover less than they do now.

 I completely agree, they are actually cutting services/nurses in our surgical unit.  Not to mention all the claw backs they are making to health care in general.  I wish I knew the magical candidate to vote for with the next election to put more money into front line health care.  

Don't hold your breath. It is in fact getting more difficult to get OHIP to cover the two procedures they do allow (Panniculectomy and Breast Reduction). I can't see our stretched to the limit health care system covering any procedures that are considered to be Cosmetic.
