What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)
A bit of a stoopid personal rant to start the day. Allow me to preface this by saying I am an excellent cook. So, naturally I made Scottish Boy dinner last night. What a crap-tastic meal it was - the chicken was tough, the veggies tasted off..... GAH! WTH is up with that?!
Anyway. I suppose I shall have to redeem myself this evening. LOL
Doing a little grocery shopping today, have to go to Rogers because all of a sudden my digital box stopped working?! and then pick up a bottle of wine or something, not sure.
RNY 6.5 years post-op (low fibre diet)
B & S - coffee with milk x 3, protein shake,1 egg, 2 sllices ham, cheese, 1 white toast
L - leftover chicken and veggies from last night if I can get them down
S - tea
D - haven't decided entirely. Either homemade pizza with thin crust and tons of toppings and caesar salad or .... oh nevermind, I don't feel like enduring the "real men don't eat quiche" conversation with Bryan. LOL Pizza it is.

Today I am going to a running clinic at our local Running Room, then am going to edge my driveway/walkways so the grass stops trying to hide that expensive pavement and stone.

l; left over spicy chicken thai soup
s; pear with greek yoghurt topped with granola
d; tba (going out with wife somewhere)
s; depends upon dinner

Not to much going on today. Have family visiting from BC. Plan to head up to the lake later this morning, perhaps show them how to fish lol.
B- decaf coffee x 2 followed by a protein shake
L- Greek yogurt with hemp harts & pumpkin seeds mused in
S- small Apple & cheese
D- steak w 2 mini spuds & salad
