What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)
Eating:
B - fried egg, 150g of ham, 1/2 slice of bread, coffee, 2 table spoons of whipped cream.
S - coffee
L - Going to The Works, so it must be bacon cheeseburger, and sweet potato fries, no bun.
D - Chicken salad, slice of bread and pickles - bought polish pickled green tomatoes, can't wait to try them. Hubby and kiddy are having pizza tonight, they already asked for it, so I'm salading, lol
Doing: skating (Orleans, Ray Friel Arena at noon, anybody?)

Hello Everyone!
Running kinda behind today...not sleeping well due to a continuous bout of siatica....since July AAARRGGHH!! Apparently, many ppl with a back problem history (2 surgeries and 1 disc removed) (and OA?) have difficulty when their bodies "reconfigure" due to rapid major weight
loss. Have appt with my Ortho surgeon on Monday to find out what's happening....c'mon

B - Premier choc shake + 1 Tb flaxseed
S - 1 Hard boiled egg
L - 1 Turkey meatloaf muffin + 1/4 c. Edamame beans
D - 2 oz cooked chicken breast + 30g Broccoli + 1 Tb flaxseed + 1 Tb Walden Farms
Blue cheese dressing
TOTALS: 572 CAL; 17G CARB; 23G FAT; 75G PROT; 10G FIBER

Making "Scottish Boy"" dinner eh?? sounds very promising Karen
We returned a day early from Huntsville.....I've got a lot of work to do tomorrow....so here we are

B - Protein shake....I take them with me
S.- 1/2 apple
L - Smoked trout salad...with capers....quail eggs.....apple slices.....cold roasted potatoes and romaine....my fav restaurant
Glass of chardonnay
S - greek yogurt
D - few slices of thin crust pizza
S - blue menu chocolate frozen popsicle smoothie
All water....coffee....vits

Yep - though I've cooked for him before at friends' events. Not that he knew. lol
I managed to redeem myself this evening, thank heavens. Dinner was nice. I should really be sleeping at the moment, as apparently Scottish Boy had a "sleep over". *giggle*
