OMG, signed up for a zombie 5k race for my life
Ok 10 and 1 is 10 minute run and walk 1 minute. If you do it that way and start your training now with it you will find that you will be able to fini**** The day before race run light for 20 minutes and that is it. The last few weeks before race don't do muscle building. You don't want to hurt yourself. Usually it is the week of the race. These are all the tips that my trainner has taught me and just glad to be able to pass it on. If you are comfortable with your water bottle than keep it. I use the small ones just because I am running long distance and I can put in different liquids that I need. I have one for gatarade one for orange juice water down and one for water. You can do this.

Thank you again. Now to keep working on it. I've got a ski hill and another big hill here I can practice at too.

You can do it. I was crazy and did a triathlon 3 months out. I just felt like I had a tonne of energy. Just take it easy. Walk if you need. RUN FROM ZOMBIES!!!!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
