I am so sorry to hear of your problems. I hope you recover from all of your health issues painlessly.

 I had the same issues so don't worry too much.   I had barretts's esophagus and my entire stomach was up inside my chest and like you the pain was terrible like having a heart attack every time I ate.

Had everything fixed in one 4 hour operation and that included the RNY.  I have never been better.

Good to Know, thanks for taking the time to share your experience, it's nice to know your not "a freak of nature" and there have been others out there paddling the same canoe

Wow Leona, I knew you were having problems but I didn't know to what extent!  You must be very uncomfortable.  I remember that you have a string bean sleeve and I understand that the smaller the sleeve GERD is more common.  Was the small sleeve the reason the other problems emerged and why did you get such a small sleeve?

Thinking of you and hoping for a fast and easy recovery!
