TFIF indeed!!!

Off to TWH for my CT Scan results. Guessing they won't have anything to tell me. And then the drive home from downtown....boo

Went to the gym this morning, a little run...a BIG weight workout. LIttle me, lifting free weights with all the big boys. Very funny.

So Karen, my Scottish (but second gen canadian, so not really) boy's name is Ross. I call him Rosco. Last night at Scarborough coffee there were a few of us left, and Rosco leaves texts me. He's making my lunch and would I like, pasta with tomatoes, peppers, fresh herbs, olive oil and old cheese, or sausages, bok choy, peppers and onions. I chose option two....and the other ladies were jealous. LOL
The house smelled yummy when I got home after 10!

B: Coffee and greek yogurt and NSA pudding
L: sausages, onions, peppers and bok choy
S: most likely a protein bar at TWH
D: unsure yet. Just us tonight, no kiddos. Kid-free weekend. Going to a wedding in Hamilton. No idea what my menu will be tomorrow!

Going nuts today.

Last night I made Tracey's peanut soup (with real PB and beef, DS style, lol). Awesome taste, thanks Tracey! It took all my will power to put the pot into the fridge at 10PM, without eating it up.

This morning I woke up mumbling "soup-soup" and run to the kitchen at 7am. So first it was the soup, then some coffee. Did I mention that I'm a food addict and lose control over yummies?

Here is my eating:
B- peanut soup and coffee with splenda-ricotta-cheesecake.

S- coffee with two spoons of almond butter.

L - Salami, 1/2 onion bagel with butter, V8,

D - SOUP! tea with my cheesecake.

Doing: skating - will do it twice - at lunch time going with a friend and at 7PM with my kid.

Starting BMI - 62, current BMI - NORMAL!!!!!.

 B - Cream of wheat,  NSA (no sugar added) Hot Chocolate Powder w 1/2 c lactose free milk.  - Calcium Supplements

At school:  In 2 classes:

S - 1 plastic cup On the Go Cottage Cheese LF
S - 1 SF dessert yogurt (35 cals)
S - 1 plastic cup SF applesauce w carrot (60 cals)

At home:

S - 1 rice cracker with 1 tsp pate & Iron supplement & vitamin C pill
S - 4 dorito crackers.

L - Chicken broth and 3 oz chicken (I bought cooked chicken, then boiled the sh*t out of it in chicken broth - it cannot be softer).  Eating it very slowly.

Putting protein first makes me sick, so easy to avoid temptation !!  

D - Probably Har Gao with friends.
