What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
I'm up so damned early for some reason. And I have a headache. I suppose I need more pizza. Or perhaps Tylenol. Not much on for today, though I am taking Bryan for tea this afternoon to meet my parents.

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - turkey/cheese/pickle roll ups x 2
L - pea and ham soup, a couple of crackers
S - tea! And wherever they offer us
D - I'm thinking rotisserie chicken with coleslaw

Morning;
Karen, I suspect they will like him very much.....but good luck just in case...lol
Going golfing in a bit.....so that will sweat off some calories.....then either just some reading...or if I am feeling energetic, I will go and work out
Eats for losing:
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
S - 2 ham and cheese roll ups
S - Honey crisp apple
L - 1/2 toasted tuna salad sandwich
1 cup of greek salad
D - 1.5 cups of salad with full fat dressing- 1 TB
4 oz grilled chicken
S - glass of sauvignon blanc over lots of ice cubes watching the sunset

FITDAY totals for the above are: Calories - 1,487, Fat - 67, Carbs - 78, Protein - 143
All water....a few more coffee - decaf after 12.....and all vits

Today I am going to work :(
B - 1/4 cup ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup peaches and sprinkle of cinnamon
S - Total lean protein shake
L - Mini Cheese Meatloaf and a side of V8 (30 mins later)
S - roasted chickpeas
D - leftover Mahi Mahi with a side of baked potato and brocolli
S - if I need more protein then more shake :)

B - making a lumberjack breakfast for him but I will stick to 1 egg and 2 slices of bacon
S - 1/2 cup greek yogurt
L -3 oz pork chop, green salad
S - 1.5 cup almond milk steamed with a chai bag in it
D - italian sausage and peppers and onions with some provolone melted on top. will toast up a nice crusty roll but likely will eat a few bites then trash the rest, 6 steamed green beans

I had another good day of getting everything in yesterday - not really feeling very hungry, but know it's important to get it all in for my overall health. I feel like I'm drinking/eating all day!
I hope for a similar day today, so my menu is kind of boring, but here goes:
B - 1/3 cup protein shake, 1/4 cup oatmeal with milk and a teaspoon of unflavoured protein powder. Multivitamin.
S - 1/3 cup protein shake, Calcium.
L - 1/4 cup cream soup with a tsp. of protein powder, 1/4 cup applesauce, 1/3 cup protein shake, Calcium.
S - 1/3 cup protein shake, Iron.
D - 1/4 cup cottage cheese (not a huge fan but trying to find some ways to change it up), 1 tsp of protein powder, 1/4 cup greek yogurt with sugar free syrup to flavour, 1/3 cup protein shake, Calcium.
S - 1/3 cup protein shake, B12
Bedtime - Multivitamin
I also plan to sip water all day, and get out for 1/2 hour total of walking today.

this morning is my son's first youth bowling tournament, so I am off to watch him. This afternoon halloween movies and pumpkin carving.
B- protein coffee, egg white omelette with low fat cheese and ff ham
L- mini pita sandwich stuffed with tuna lettuce, tomatoe
S- protein coffee
D- 1oz baked ham, 1/2 sweet potatoes and 1 cup green beans
S- light laughing cow spread over
3 crackers and a couple apple slices.
