Morning all :)

Well I have to say that day 2 was MUCH easier than day 1, thank gawd!  And I am so excited to be able to eat today - woot!  Here's something amusing - I've lost 4 pounds since Monday.   Sure it's water weight, but I don't care - losing again is fun!

Don't forget that today is soft proteins - canned fish or chicken or turkey, eggs, soft fish, etc.  You can still have things from days 1&2 as well, but should really be focused on the soft protein choices.  Don't forget you only have 15 minutes to eat whatever you're having!

Eats for today:

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - large egg bite (yay! I love these!)
L - 5 oz tuna with a small pickle chopped up in it and a little 1/2 fat mayo
S - large egg bite (or some tuna if I didn't have time to fini****)
D - ummm... egg bite. lol

Have a wonderful Wednesday!
Totally stalking this thread but gotta say Karen.....

I love love love me some tuna salad with pickle chopped up in it!! Nom nom nom!!
Stalking too

I guess I didn't read up on the KCC challenge when I started, so I apologize for doing it wrong.
I'm only cutting down on the carbs, which is already something I guess.

Thanks for clarifying what we're supposed to be doing each day, Karen - that helps.

You don't have to follow what some of us are doing Gaby - do your own thing and still participate!

Okay - great. I'll stumble along, and hopefully it'll work for me too.

B - bowl of quinoa w raisins, large coffee
 S - 1% cottage cheese w strawberry bits
 L - 1 turkey pepperette, 1/2 protein bar
 S - 1 pear, 21 g cheddar, 2nd coffee
 D - tossed salad w grilled salmon

Increasing my water intake as well.

 Morning Gaby

Any chance you could write out the recipe for quinoa w raisins? I've never cooked quinoa before but I love raisins in anything.

Thank YOU!
