And I'm pouting a wee bit. I only have 15 minutes allotted to eat it and I was too full and couldn't finish the damn thing. Started sneezing (vagus nerve) and knew it was time to stop! LOL

I "cheated" last night too, had some quinoa salad and a piece of cheddar cheese. I had to be fasting for bloodwork this morning, and wanted to have something solid in my belleh!!
I had to do a 24 hr urine test yesterday (i'm ok, just preparation for something i'm doing)... the jug was not quite big enough to hold all of what came out of me. I nearly got the last bit in, but not quite... i guess i must have drank an awful lot yesterday!!
This morning, i have a headache, maybe from the fasting, or lack of caffeine until 10am.. dunno.
I'm a day behind Karen, today i'm still on full fluids.
B - cappuccino x2 mmmmm with skim milk, from my fave coffee place!!
S - cookies and cream protein shake mmmmmmmm my friend at work sells the stuff and she gives me free tastes sometimes. its yummy, but a bit sweet.
L - new england clam chowder, campbells healthy recipe one
S - yogurt
D - more clam chowder
S - protein shake

Hang in there Monica!! I ate 3 bites of tuna on day 1 and Cathy ate some canned meat on day 2. You're not alone. LOL
