Today I am 4 months out and am officially more than halfway to my goal! My goal is to get down to 160, and with 80.5 lbs lost I have only 73.5 more to go!

I'm excited but there's a part of me that gets kind of sad with all the weight I have lost. Partly because I was ever that big in the first place, and partly because I still have a long way to go. I'm glad I have this community, you all know the feelings too!

Yes, when you see what's ahead and what's behind you realized you were in denial.  I do get upset with myself at failing at earlier diet attempts.  But... what can you do?  This is working, and that's important.

I also get a lot of good stuff from Value Village - too much really, my house is stuffed with clothes.

Wowzers!  you have lost an amazing amount of weight in such a short time......Be excited for yourself and stop thinking about down the road.  The difference now is that you know you will get to your goal with the tools you have acquired.  More than halfway is fantastic.....celebrating is in order girl

Congratulations!  Forget about the sad part - be so incredibly proud of how far you've come and the fabulous changes you've made!   I LOVE telling people that I used to weigh almost 300 pounds and watch the looks on their faces. LOL  A little personal victory in my head. haha

 Congratulations.

I understand the sad part of  being "...that big in the first place."
I have a hard time to remember it now though. I took pictures, but a part of me wishes I would have taken a video of me at my highest weight, like tying my shoes or walking up my backyard.
