What are you doing eating today
I have been up for hours so thought I would start this. At 6 this morning construction workers were pounding on our door to ask if a car they want moved on the street was ours. It wasn't!.
b. greek yogurt blueberries and now coffee
s. protein shake
l. turkey with cheese maybe apple
d. eating out. Always an adventure
s. cheese and crackers.
Going to a play in Niagara on the Lake today so not sure about snack. Also have to work on my water intake and timing. So much to remember
I am so nervous and excited! I am having a complete hair makeover tonight! My once thick curly long hair is now a very thin, broken, dried up, hot mess! I am finally overcoming my stress about it all and putting it in the hands of a hair salon. Not sure what the outcome will be but the Stylist/Colorist is highly recommended by PatXYZ and I am taking the leap of faith! Eek!!
B - Premier Protein Shake
L - 2 ounces of chicken with spinach salad (1/4 cup baby spinach, 3 rounds of cucumber, 3 cherry tomatoes)
S - 1/2 cup of ground turkey mixed with 1 tbs of shredded tex mex cheddar and 1 tbs salsa
D - Dinner out although not sure where quite yet! TBD!!
Good for you, Melissa! Everyone deserves a "make-over"! And I would completely trust Trish's advice on the stylist - she has great hair, not to mention she's gorgeous!

I had a rough night. My son was awake from 3 until 4:30, "I just can't sleep mommy." Sigh. He's been waking up around 3 each night. No idea why. He's 7, and my youngest, I should be sleeping full nights now!! And somehow my shoulder feels wrecked today. Possibly from yoga on Wednesday. Grrrrr! This is a Friday right? seems like a Monday!! LOL
Then, I forgot my protein coffee. Going to Starbucks to get my freebie today, and adding two scoops of protein to a venti!! LOL
Oh whine over. Not sure if i'm doing my rest day today or not. Possibly spinning, who knows?

S: Venti vanilla latte with protein
L: Leftover cajun catfish and leftover chicken, had bits of each and salad

Kelly maybe your little man is going through a growing spurt. My son when he was small would always wake like that. I would make him a slice of toast and peanutbutter and small glass of milk and send him back to bed. Sometimes I would lie down with him....Oh the good ole days! Now if he's up that late its because he drank to much lol.
