Day one...back on track

So Monday was my first day back on tract. I watched my intake, wrote everything down and stayed active. There were times that were hard but over all it went really well. My DH remained helpful without being pushy! lol I feel good about how things went. Today I'm going to see my GP for support.

Thank you to everyone who's words have been heartfelt and very helpful. I am so thankful to have this community to come to.
