CRAZY Trans-Canada Challenge: FINALLY, an update!

Thanks for being so very patient with me, everyone. I've been dealing with illness and personal issues and just not finding the time take care of all my responsibilities. Of course, when I went to post the updates yesterday I found that all the info for The A-Team had been deleted from my files. (Did you have anything to do with this, Ian - you saboteur, you!) Anyway, it took me a while to re-compile everything BUT I'm back on track and finally have all the results you've been waiting for. Here goes:

Still in the lead and having completed an impressive 1795 KMs in 6 weeks is The A-Team. We're practically through the Rocky Mountains and are within spitting distance of the Alberta border. We are just entering Greenbow Ranch Provincial Park.

In second place is Your Pace or Mine. You guys have completed 1556 KMs and are well into the Rocky Mountains. You are just past Cranbrook and will likely hit the Alberta border by next week.

Finally, Team CU L8R is really narrowing the gap (thanks in no small part to Kelly). They've gone 1415 KMs and are halfway between Castlegar (Stinkgar to those that live there) and Cranbrook. They're also in the Rocky Mountains and I predict will take over Your Pace or Mine within a month.

Finally, the following have been removed from the challenge for non-reporting or are in danger of being removed if they don't speak up. So teams, round up your wayward members! (And for those that have been lax in reporting, join back in. You're ALWAYS welcome back!!!)

In danger:

Shallow Girl (Hey, I know you're here. Come back. We miss you and your mileage!)

AvivaP (Are you still around? Please come back.)

As always, I'd like to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for participating in this challenge.

YOU'RE ALL INCREDIBLY AWESOME!!!!

Well I'm pretty sure I won't break 100 km this week! Lol. I did spinning Monday, but boot camp class yesterday with no kms to report, and after searching for my running shoes this morning, only to find that my NINE YEAR OLD kidnapped them, I have no kms for today (had to go for blood tests and ultrasound at Humber that took me away from class today. Oh well.

Way to go team A!!

well Thea I would recommend in the future you don't use your pet's name as your password (you have no idea how much work I had to do to find out that name)!

Go A Team. I must admit it has not been with much help from me. Hope to bike on Friday and Saturday to get some km.

Apologies A-team, not that I was a big contributor, but have other things going on at the moment and this isn't a priority at all.

Best of luck to all the teams.
