SOOOO  true Karen. When I see those posts I cringe. I weigh myself each morning without fail. Sometimes I go up a pound or so but I no longer fret about that, I know that it is probably due to water retention etc.

My scale is so much a part of my life. I get up, go pee (sorry TMI)  and beetle right on over to the scale. Check my weight and head to the shower.....The scale keeps me on track, makes me accountable.
