Today is a special day....... whether she likes it or not.
I would love to be the first person to congratulate Tracey on her being 7 years post-op today. WAY TO GO! You have been such a wealth of information, guidance and inspiration to so many people here over the years. Not to mention, you make me laugh like hell.
I don't often tell you this, but I love you, friend. Many continued years of success.
XOXO

Yes today is 7 years since surgery but I don't celebrate past year 2 because to me it's now just life. The only reason I even remember it is because JFK was shot on this day and it's always stuck in my head that Nov 22nd was a day in history not to forget even though we are Canadians.
As you know my band has been a ***** and then some the past year and I may end up having it removed, still up in the air on that one. Even if I lose it, I will never regret getting it as it gave me 7 years of what normal life should be. Had I spent the money on a car 7 years ago, I wouldn't still have that car so to me it was still a good investment in my health.
Thanks for the congratulations everyone.
I know. But I still feel like you needed some recognition. You help so many people here and we appreciate you.
OH! BTW - when I'm off for surgery, I can't WAIT to get back to our cooking days! lol
