So I did increase my km, and much better than my promised 10km finally, just not sure if I increased my average.

But for "your pace or mine" 26.8km.

Have a great week all.

Morning all:

About my normal it seems, 27 km for Team B, wonder what will happen this week, not liking this snow.

I am really trying to increase my mileage but DAMN it's cold outside! I managed 23 km for the A-Team last week.

Have a great day!

I have 23 km for ATeam. The cold is finally forcing me to move my bike inside. I will see how I do when it is stationary. Not as much fun, just a little boring.

I managed my 5 km...I found a pedometer app and was able to keep track that way, spooked my kids when it started talking! LOL

I believe I'm on your pace or mine??

Moving on doesn't mean you forget about things.  It just means you have to accept what happened and continue LIVING

Wow Kelly, you continue to amaze me!!
