Stupid Question....

Hi guys,

Today is my second day of my preop diet and I am going CRAZY!! Head is killing me!!! Just question but am I able to put some of that Mio Liquid stuff into my water????

Any help or suggestions would GREATLY be appreciated ;)

Yep Mio is allowed as is Crystal Light or anything else that is low cal and sugar free. You can also take some Tylenol for your headache.  The first few days are the worst.

Hang in there the first four days were the worst for me!  I had to take 2 Tylenol every morning for first four days!  It will get better!  You're almost there!  Kept your eye on the prize!!!

maybe not so good when you have a headache already- but I did put some decaf granules in my vanilla and then it taste like ice coffee.

I put mio in the vanilla shakes as well!
