Its a simple recipe, just a slight modification of the recipe in the TWH handouts. Smoothie recipe ; 1/2 cup 0% plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk, 1/2 cup fruit (watermelon, raspberries, whatever is handy and on sale, fresh or frozen), 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, blend and enjoy.
