WLS Group in Peterborough

Hi Everyone,
I am just wondering if anyone knows if there is a wls group in Peterborough ON? That is where I am from and just think it will be a good thing to go to

There sure is. We meet on Tuesday evening about 6 pm at the Lansdowne Mall food court on the side closer to H&M. If you want to PM me you facebook addy I will set you up on there page. It is called Coffee Night.

It is organized by Linda, I believe her name on OH is Poppy1.

I don't have Facebook anymore but Tuesdays at 6 should work for me! What do you do there? I just think it would help me stay on the right track,etc. if I went!

We usually sit in the food court, Some get a meal, some get a coffee or tea and we talk about how we are doing. Usually in small group of 3 or 4 we just chat. there is a good mix of men and women, lots of couple who have both had the surgery. Some are pre-op and many are post op. There are a few folks who come up from Coburg and Port Hope too! Obviously there won't be a group this week but should be one next week. 

Everyone is welcome ..looking forwards to meeting you ..we are all ages and stages of the journey ...very friendly and informative bunch .Talk to you there ..the next coffee night is Tuesday 8th Jan ..bring a friend maybe ..you wont be disappointed .

Luvmy2kidz....if i could go to the Pboro group i would....Linda is an amazing lady and so is the rest of the group....I had the fortune to know them all thru my sis-in-law...
