Merry Christmas, Everyone!!

I am thrilled to announce that I've finally gotten up off my butt and done some walking. I've managed 25 Km, Team A. Still not up to my promised 50 Km/wk BUT a huge improvement, nonetheless.

How have you guys done? The holidays can pose a real challenge to those of us wanting to remain on a schedule. Managing any movement at all during cold & flu season and the holiday season should be seen as a great victory!

I'd like to take a moment to wish each and every one of you a holiday filled with joy and peace. You mean the world to me.

I'll leave the update post open until Thursday since many people will be busy with other commitments. If you miss the update post, just send me a PM or update me next week. Don't forget the KINDNESS updates. I've got some great ones so far. Though I haven't posted a mileage update, I do have all the information and will post a proper update on Friday.

Have a grand holiday Thea! Thanks for doing the CTCC, it has added miles to my milage and taken pounds off my squishy butt for sure! For "Your Pace or Mine" I did 49 kms this week. Not a great week for me. I got sick, boo!!! 43 km walking/running. 25k spinning. = 68km for Team C

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Walked 19 km this week - working on increasing my distance...

Should have been possible - should have gone to the mall a bit more. LOL

Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

Well I didn't do so good for my team this week! I am a little over 1 week post op and only walked 1 km but promise to u that for next week! My team is your pace or mine!
