Vitamin Schedules?
7AM - 1/2 a Norvasc (HBP Pill) and a Prevacid fast tab
9AM - Prenatal Multi & (This week cause I am getting a cold) 1000MG Vitamin C
11AM - 1000MG Calcium Citrate and 1000MG Vitamin D3 and every second day 1000MG of B12 (Sublingual)
1PM - Prenatal Multi
3PM - 1000MG Calcium Citrate
6PM - 1000MG Calcium Citrate
Bedtime - Lipitor
Sometimes the times arent quite exact.. I always make sure I take my vitamins and meds at least 2 hours apart.. I make sure I dont take my calcium at the same time as a calcium rich food...
ETA: Also, I may have the amounts wrong lol, I dont have the bottles in front of me and I CANNOT remember numbers. But I am taking the proper amount of vitamins according to my dietician (for example, maybe its only 500MG of B12?)

I have a prenatal in the morning ground up into applesauce. Then I have oatmeal. I take a b12 at this time sublingually.
For dinner, I might take an extra chewable vitamin.
In the evening, I try to get more dairy in with calcium citrate + d. I find the bariatric advantage chewables are quite tasty. I like their raspberry and caramel chews.
I had an RNY in September 2012.

4-5 am.... Calicum vit D (I get up to use the washroom at this time so I have it waiting on the bathroom counter for me)
7-8am...Prevacid and proferrin and sub ling b12
noonish calcium and vit D
6-7pm... Calcium and vit D
bedtime 10pm... Prenatal multi
One thing to note: Vitamin D often needs some fat to help it absorb better. You are always better off to take it with a meal :)

Yes that's pretty common as well. Take with food though :)

Wake up - Chewable multi, liquid calcium citrate, Vitamin D drop, sublingual B12 and some chewable C (The extra C is only to help with my high uric acid to fight off potential gout). I take 1000 mg subling B12 4 days a week, not everyday
Afternoon - Chewable multi, liquid calcium citrate
Bedtime - Iron w/vitamin C
I use Bariatric Advantage multis, they contain only some calcium and no iron so I don't hate to separate out my calcium and multi. I use a chewable daily iron that contains vitamin C so I don't have to take an extra pill.
